Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy
Change the way you think, feel and respond.
Service Description
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based talking therapy that explores the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Together, we look at patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing and identify practical ways to manage difficult thoughts, emotions and situations. CBT can support you with challenges such as anxiety, low mood, stress, confidence and unhelpful thinking patterns. Sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental space to understand what you're experiencing and develop tools that you can use in everyday life. The aim isn't to change who you are, but to help you understand yourself better and feel more confident in how you respond to life's challenges. Understand your thoughts. Build new tools. Create positive change. Contact Joanne at joanne.morleycbt@outlook.com for more information & bookings.
