About Us
A space to pause, reconnect and reset, supporting both your mind and body.
Joanne Morley Wellbeing brings together therapeutic support, holistic body treatments and wellbeing experiences designed to help you feel more connected to yourself.
Through CBT therapy, holistic treatments and our programme of events in Liverpool, we create opportunities to slow down, understand yourself, release tension and make meaningful changes.
Whether you are looking for one to one support, time to recharge, or a community that helps you prioritise your wellbeing, there is space for you here.
Our approach is personal, compassionate and centred around where you are right now. Because wellbeing is not about having everything figured out. It is about having the right space, support and tools to help you move forward.
Take a moment for yourself. Nourish your mind. Reconnect with your body. Find your reset.

Meet Joanne
psychotherapist
Hello, I’m Joanne, a fully qualified, BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and qualified EMDR therapist based in Liverpool (L26), working with Think CBT.
For more than 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people experiencing mental health challenges, emotional distress and difficult periods in their lives. My approach is warm, person-centred and tailored to each individual. Drawing on evidence-based therapies and an integrative approach, I help people develop practical tools, find relief from distress and face life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
Alongside CBT, I am qualified in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), having trained with an accredited European provider.
Supporting the whole person
After many years of working one-to-one, I’m now expanding what I offer within the wider community.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: wellbeing is about more than the mind. Talking therapy can be invaluable, but we can also benefit greatly from connection, movement, creativity, education, shared experiences and caring for our bodies.
My aim is to create a warm, welcoming and inclusive space that brings together mind, body and spirit - offering opportunities to:
• Pause and recharge
• Reconnect with ourselves and others
• Learn and grow
• Explore creativity and movement
• Share meaningful experiences
• Support our emotional and physical wellbeing
For me, this is about supporting the whole person, rather than focusing solely on the mind.
Taking the first step towards support can feel overwhelming, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. I work in accordance with BABCP ethical standards and hold full professional indemnity insurance to practise in the UK.

“A real reset”
I didn’t realise how much I needed some time to slow down until I came here. Everything felt so thoughtful and personal. I came away feeling refreshed and with a real sense of calm.

Joanne creates such a lovely atmosphere. I felt listened to, comfortable and never rushed. It’s a wonderful space to take a breath, reconnect with yourself and prioritise your wellbeing.

I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was warm, welcoming and exactly what I needed. I left feeling lighter, calmer and much more like myself.
